I grew up in Lancaster County, PA, a place that shaped my story and fostered my appreciation for simplicity, intentional living, and meaningful connections. At a young age, I developed a love for all things home, from furniture and design to thoughtful organization, spatial planning and the small details that make a house feel like home.

 

With a background in education and teaching, I went on to a fulfilling tenure with Mennonite Central Committee, supporting young adults and families through significant year long life transitions. When the pandemic hit, it redirected me, setting me on a path that combined my passion with my profession: helping individuals and families sort through the details of life and home. After developing a downsizing division for a local retirement community, and seeing firsthand the value and need for this type of service, I was inspired to launch Sort Life.

 

As a wife and mother of two, our family loves spending time outdoors—camping, fishing, kayaking, thrifting, and cheering on our favorite football teams. We’re also deeply passionate about renovating and curating our 100+ year-old historic home with intention, creating a space that reflects how we live and what we love. I bring that same care and thoughtfulness to every client and project, helping create spaces that are practical, intentional, and aligned with the way they want to live—because home is where our story begins.
